Abstract

|
It is observed that antibody production to heterologous antigen treated rabbit is inhibited by the certain kinds of drugs.
The titration and paper electrophoresis were checked in two groups at six period with four days interval and the drug was injected during the period of immunization.
(1) We used 10% sheep¢¥s red blood cell as the heterologous antigen and injected rabbit¢¥s ear vein.
(2) Chloramphenicol and cortisone were used and treated with intramuscular injection.
(3) The determination of immune response of rabbits to heterologous antigens were carried out by the method of Kolmer¢¥s CF test and Paper electrophoresis.
(4) It was supposed that these drugs have decreasing effects about the antibody formation in rabbit.
